About Dr. Naidu
Dr. Naidu received his medical degree (2007) from Guntur Medical College, Guntur, India and completed certificate course of Neonatal Medicine (2008-2009) at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad, India. He then completed Pediatric Internship (2010-2011) from St Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center and did his Pediatric Residency (2011-2013) at Phoenix Children's Hospital, Phoenix, Arizona. He pursued Pediatric Cardiology training (2013-2016) and further specialized (2016-2017) in Fetal Cardiology and Advanced Pediatric Non-Invasive Cardiac Imaging (Transesophageal Echocardiography, Cardiac MRI, and CT) at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Texas Medical Center. During his Cardiology training, he did an elective rotation in Adult Congenital Heart Disease at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard School of Medicine. He also completed Healthcare Management Certificate Program from the University of Houston, Clear Lake. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics both in General Pediatrics (2015) and Pediatric Cardiology (2016).
Throughout his career, Dr. Naidu has excelled at different professional levels and was proficiently trained in the care and delivery of patients with congenital heart disease. He has been actively involved in several clinical research activities, published articles in peer reviewed journals and acts as a reviewer for some International Scientific Journals.
Dr. Naidu is an active member of several professional organizations including American College of Cardiology, American Society of Echocardiography, Fetal Heart Society, Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, Pediatric Heart Network, and others.
